I am a preferred insurance provider with Premera, Kaiser Permanente, Cigna, LifeWise, United, Aetna and First Choice.  If I am not paneled with your insurance plan, I can provide you with a superbill as an out of network provider.  You are also welcome to pay via cash or card for our sessions, and  my standard fee is $160 per 50 minute session. 

If my fee creates any financial hardship, please reach out  as I can likely offer sliding scale to meet your needs.
